Scones

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cakes yeast
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

Blend. Chill overnight. Roll out and cut. Fry in deep fat.
