Ingredients
- 6 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup salt
Add raw chicken pieces and marinate over night in fridge.
- 3 cups flour
- 1 TB pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 TB baking powder
- 5 tsp. salt
Fry in olive oil 200 degrees until done.
