Deer Valley Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup salt

Add raw chicken pieces and marinate over night in fridge.

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 TB pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 TB baking powder
  • 5 tsp. salt

Fry in olive oil 200 degrees until done.
