Ingredients
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1-2 stems green onions
- Fresh lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste!
Directions
Chop up the hard boiled eggs and set aside in bowl. Add avocado and cottage cheese, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, chili flakes and blend in blender. Add to chopped hard boiled eggs. Spread on toast.
