This recipe is scrumptious and works every time! From one of my favorite neighbors, Natalie Rogers.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2/3 C oil (or applesauce)
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 C flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Grease 2 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Blend bananas, eggs, sugar, oil, sour cream until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt to banana mixture. Add Vanilla. Combine until smooth.
- Pour batter into each loaf pan (or bundt pan).
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let cool.
