Honey-Mustard Dressing

Fantastic salad dressing by Shayne Eliason.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup vinegar (rice or balsamic)
• 1/4 oil (vegetable or olive)
• 1 TB brown sugar
• 1 TB honey
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
