Delicious glaze for salmon by Shayne Eliason.
Ingredients
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1/3 rice vinegar
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup corn starch
Directions
- Preheat pan to high heat. When pan is hot, add soy sauce. Stir in vinegar and honey. Mix cold water and cornstarch. Add to sauce. Reduce heat to medium.
- Stir sauce until thickened (2 minutes).
- If baking, cover salmon on both sides and sauce before cooking. If grilling (directly on BBQ), cook on one side before basting with sauce.
