Ingredients
- 8 oz. dried linguine
- 6 oz. cooked fresh salmon
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 TBS butter
- 1 cup whip cream
- 1 tsp dillweed
- lemon zest
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 TBS parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions and keep warm.
- Cut cooked salmon into thin bite-sized strips-set aside.
- For sauce, in a large skillet, cook butter, green onions, and garlic until tender. Add salmon and cook for 1 minute. Stir in whip cream, dill weed, lemon zest, and pepper. Bring to boiling, reducing heat. Cook at a gentle boil about 5 min. or until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan cheese.
- Arrange pasta on large platter. Spoon the sauce over pasta.
