Pattie Shumway’s Won Ton Salad

Flavorful and light salad by Pattie Shumway. Can be used as main or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 or 3 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/2 pkg. won ton skins, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2-3 TB chopped parsley
  • 2 TB sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. accent
  • 1 tsp. salt pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the won tons.
  2. Pour on dressing and just as you are ready to serve, add in crumbled won tons.
