Flavorful and light salad by Pattie Shumway. Can be used as main or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 or 3 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 pkg. won ton skins, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2-3 TB chopped parsley
- 2 TB sunflower seeds
Dressing
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. accent
- 1 tsp. salt pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the won tons.
- Pour on dressing and just as you are ready to serve, add in crumbled won tons.
