Delicious, flavorful chicken recipe with rosemary, onions, and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
 - 6 TB parmesan cheese
 - 3 TB flour
 - 2 TB olive oil
 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
 - 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
 - 1/2 tsp rosemary
 - 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-Style stewed tomatoes
 
Directions
- Flatten chicken breasts slightly.
 - Coat chicken with 4 TB parmesan cheese, then flour, salt and pepper to taste.
 - In skillet, cook chicken in oil over med-high heat until done. Remove to serving dish; keep warm.
 - In same skillet, cook mushrooms, onions, rosemary until soft. Add tomatoes. Cook uncovered until thickened. Spoon over chicken, top with remaining 2 TB parmesan cheese Serve over pasta.
